Return window

You can return a kit within 30 days of delivery.

How to return a kit

1. Email hello@juniorroute.com with your order number and what's wrong.
2. We'll reply with where to send it. [Owner to set: who pays return shipping, and any condition requirements (unused, original packaging)]
3. Once it arrives, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.

Missing or broken parts

If a part is missing or arrives broken, tell us and we'll send a replacement part, at no cost, instead of you returning the whole kit.

Cancelling

Changed your mind before your kit ships? Email us and we'll cancel the order and refund it in full.
